Description:

As an AI Product Analyst Intern at SquadStack, you will play a key role in bringing AI agents to life by converting business goals into intelligent voice-first workflows and conversational agents. You will work closely with engineering, data, sales, and marketing teams to align AI agent behavior with real customer needs. This internship is a unique chance for individuals passionate about AI, voice technology, and conversational user experience to gain hands-on experience in a hyper-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on conversation flows and logic to create effective agentic workflows.
• Write, test, and optimize prompts to maximize the performance of large language models (LLMs) in voice-first applications.
• Evaluate, debug, and improve voicebot performance using structured testing and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI agent behavior aligns with customer use cases.
• Build reusable tools, prompt templates, and components to scale development efficiently.
• Document strategies and refine workflows based on data insights and user feedback.

Key Technical Skills:

LLMs & Prompt Engineering, Python (API calls, scripting), SQL, Voice AI, Conversational UX, Data Analysis, Testing & Debugging

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of LLM concepts such as few-shot, zero-shot prompting, role prompts, and persona shaping.
• Comfort with Python and SQL for prototyping, automation, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to translate business requirements into intelligent, human-like conversational agents.

Qualification:

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, AI, Product Design, or related fields.
• Experience or exposure to large language models like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini (academic, personal projects, or internships).
• Basic proficiency in Python and SQL, including running queries and calling APIs.
• Passion for AI, voice tech, and conversational interfaces.
